What is the best way to store PLUM-P?

Store PLUM-P in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is ideal, particularly in warmer climates, but is not essential. For maximum freshness and longevity, PLUM-P can be stored in the refrigerator.

The appearance of PLUM-P is starting to change. Is this normal?

Yes. Because PLUM-P is made from naturally fermented botanical ingredients, subtle changes in colour and appearance can occur over time.

The Davidson Plum's naturally occurring plant compounds continue to evolve after bottling, which may cause the tonic to gradually lighten or shift in colour. Unlike many conventional skincare products, PLUM-P is not formulated with synthetic stabilisers to maintain a perfectly uniform appearance.

These natural variations are completely normal and do not indicate that the product has spoiled. Both products remain safe to use when stored and used as directed.

For maximum freshness and to slow this process, we recommend refrigeration, although it is not necessary. PLUM-P can also be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

Why is the shelf life of PLUM-P only 3 months?

PLUM-P is formulated without added preservatives. To ensure you experience the product at its freshest and most active, we recommend use within 3 months of opening.

Can I use PLUM-P after the 3-month period?

In many cases, yes. Natural products can continue to be used beyond the recommended period if they have been stored appropriately. However, appearance, aroma and performance may gradually change over time. If in doubt, discontinue use.

Do you use essential oils in your products?

No. PLUM-P contains no added essential oils.

Is PLUM-P organic?

The Davidson plums used in our tonic are sourced from small Australian growers who do not use pesticides or synthetic chemicals. However, they are not certified organic. PLUM-P Serum is made using certified organic ingredients.

Can PLUM-P Tonic be used without the Serum?

Absolutely. PLUM-P Tonic can be used as a stand-alone product. However, pairing it with PLUM-P Serum provides additional nourishment and support for the skin barrier. For best results, we recommend using both products together.

Can I use PLUM-P if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Does PLUM-P contain added fragrance?

PLUM-P contains no synthetic fragrances.

The tonic's subtle natural aroma comes from Davidson Plum, Madagascar vanilla extract and Australian lemon-scented tea tree hydrosol. The serum's delicate lavender character comes from certified organic lavender botanical isolates, not essential oil.

Does PLUM-P contain genetically modified ingredients?

How do I use the PLUM-P Duo in my daily skincare routine?

We recommend a simple morning and evening ritual.

Begin with approximately 4 drops of PLUM-P Tonic and 2 drops of PLUM-P Serum. Combine them in the palm of your hand, gently emulsify, and apply to the face, neck and décolletage.

Every skin is unique, so feel free to adjust the ratio to suit your needs, the seasons, and your skin's changing requirements.

As a bonus, many customers also enjoy using the Serum as a gentle makeup remover.

Which skin types are best suited to PLUM-P?

PLUM-P is designed to support and nourish all skin types, including dry, oily, combination and mature skin.

Can PLUM-P be used on acne-prone skin?

Many people with acne-prone skin enjoy using PLUM-P. However, we recommend patch testing first, particularly if the skin is inflamed, broken or highly sensitive.

How long will a bottle of PLUM-P last?
