Australia standard postage
Flat rate policy: All PLUM-P orders sent within Australia incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive? (Australian customers)
All goods are sent through Australia Post Express Post, please allow 1-3 days for your package to arrive.

Do You Ship overseas?
We do not offer shipping outside of Australia via our website.

I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email
If you haven’t shopped with us before, take a look in your spam folder and make sure PLUM-P is on your safe senders list. Also, please check that you have provided us with the correct email address.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders received before 3pm AEST will be dispatched that day. Orders after 3pm AEST will be dispatched the next day.

Can my order be redirected?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address

Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?
Orders are dispatched just after 3pm on the day we receive your order. If we receive notification from you before your parcel has been dispatched, we will do our utmost to accommodate any changes you wish to make. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
Don’t worry. If you aren’t in and a delivery has been attempted a card advising were you can pickup you parcel will be left with you.

Can my parcel be delivered to a PO Box or parcel locker?
Yes, but only Australia Post delivery (under 5kg)

Something is wrong or; there is an item missing from my parcel.
Please contact us info@PLUM-P.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as we possibly can.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Master Card, Visa and PayPal. If you have a discount code, please enter the code into the allocated field on the checkout page and press apply.

When will I be charged for my order?
If your card is authorised, payment will immediately be taken from your account and you will receive an order confirmation email. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken.

Can I return an item?
If you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange unopened/unused products. We do not reimburse the postage fees related with the return.

Damaged or faulty items
If a product is faulty or damaged during transit, we do ask that you let us know as soon as you can. We will arrange for the item/s return to us, then have a replacement sent straight out to you. If you prefer, the original purchase price can be refunded to you less the postage cost.

Are my details safe with PLUM-P?
Yes! We use a ……commerce platform that is regularly updated to counter any new online threats. We do not store any credit card details on our site, so your information is always secure
