Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Australia

Flat Rate Shipping: All PLUM-P orders within Australia incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. Please allow 1–3 business days for your parcel to arrive after dispatch.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3 PM AEST will be dispatched on the same day.
Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 3 PM AEST will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Ensure that you provided the correct email address.
Contact us at info@plum-p.com if you need further assistance.

Delivery Addresses

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers within Australia (for parcels under 5kg).
Redirection: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for collection.

International Shipping

At this time, PLUM-P does not offer shipping outside of Australia.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@plum-p.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
